1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by
Christoph Hotz Consulting & Coaching (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") to its customers.

The services are aimed at companies and executives in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

2. Services

The provider offers consulting, coaching and interim management services, particularly in the following areas:

Leadership & Management
Sales & Productivity
Organizational development
Supporting change processes

The specific scope of services is determined by individual agreements, offers, or contracts.

3. Conclusion of the contract

A deal will be passed:

written confirmation of an offer
or through actual use of the service.

4. Customer's duty to cooperate

The customer undertakes to provide all information necessary for the provision of services in a timely manner.

Successful implementation requires the active participation of the customer.

5. Remuneration

Remuneration is based on individual agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed:

All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT.
Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction.


6. Performance

The provider performs its services to the best of its knowledge and belief and with due diligence.

No specific success (e.g., economic success) is guaranteed.

7. Liability

The provider is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

No liability is assumed for indirect damages or lost profits, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to treat all confidential information received in the course of the cooperation as confidential.

This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the cooperation.

9. Data protection

The provider processes personal data exclusively within the framework of applicable data protection laws.

10. Termination

The termination of ongoing services is governed by the individually agreed terms and conditions.

If no agreement has been reached, the contractual relationship can be terminated with reasonable notice.

11. Final Provisions

Swiss law applies.

The place of jurisdiction is – insofar as legally permissible – the registered office of the provider.

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
